History Ivory Ella: Ivory Ella was created on September 18th of 2015 by 5 entrepreneurs who all had the same passion for saving elephants. The company moved from Connecticut to Westley, Rhode Island. Ivory Ella has employed over 40 full-time employees and gradually went from doing 200-300 shirts manually to over 3000 pieces of merchandise. All 5 co-founders were around the age of 23 and working in other businesses when they decided to come together to build Ivory Ella.
